Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at glowframeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product came defective or incorrect
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
